Q: What size should I order for my dog?

We recommend measuring your dog’s chest and neck, then checking our sizing chart on each product page. If you're unsure between sizes, feel free to email us with your pup’s measurements — we’re happy to help!

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Please email us at hello@harnessandhound.co.uk within 24 hours of placing the order.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: What shipping options do you offer?

We ship via Royal Mail from the UK. Orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship within the UK, but we’re working on expanding soon!

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. UK delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your chosen shipping method.

📦 Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original condition. Visit our [Shipping & Returns] page for full details.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Q: My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@harnessandhound.co.uk with a photo of the issue within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

Q: How do your bundle discounts work?

You can save when you purchase a full set! Discounts are applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. 

Q: Can I include a gift message?

At the moment, we don’t include custom messages with orders. If you’re ordering a gift, we recommend adding a note to your order or sending a gift card!

🐶 Product Care

Q: How do I clean the harness or lead?

Spot clean with mild soap and water, then air dry. Avoid putting hardware in the washing machine to preserve quality, there is a more detailed description on the [Care Instructions] page.

Q: Are your products suitable for puppies?

Absolutely! Just be sure to measure your puppy and check the size guide — you may need to size up as they grow.
