Our Promise to You
We want you (and your pet) to absolutely love your Harness & Hound purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
To be eligible for a return:
-The item must be in new condition
-You must provide proof of purchase (your order number)
🔄 Exchanges
Need a different size? We're happy to exchange your item if it's still in stock. Please email us within 5 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Please be aware that due to the possibilty of product(s) being sold out, it may be the case where a refund request must be made and then re-ordering your desired colour/size.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
-Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Include your order number and reason for the return.
We’ll reply with instructions and the return address. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
⚠️ Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
